Delete your Markel account

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to your space (Markel app or www.kouadiojose.com/login).
2. Tap More (or open Settings), then Delete my account.
3. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out on all your devices and can no longer sign in.

Without the app

Write to contact@kouadiojose.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your project journal (updates, screenshots, links), your questions, comments and reactions, your deliverables and your project brief.
• Your progress (videos, quizzes, exercises), your notifications and the devices registered for notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

• Issued invoices and payment records: 6 years, as required by tax law.
• Recordings of the group sessions you attended: they stay restricted to the group until the end of their retention period.
• The unsubscribe list, if you had unsubscribed from our emails: so that we never write to you again.
